Infiltration Mix

$0.00

Infiltration Mix has been engineered for the use in areas where water runoff from commercial buildings and car parks through a bio filtration system is required. The purpose is to slow water movement to storm water systems, and clean the water, allowing minerals to be absorbed by the plants. It also aids in silts being trapped in the garden and pathogens removed by the biological and physical processes. These rain gardens create a fantastic habitat for birds, bees, insects and butterflies. There is a slightly lower percentage of Organic Compost in the Infiltration Mix compared to the Rain Garden Mix, for those planting situations where lower Nitrogen levels are better suited for the plants or environment.
